GolfWRX Spotted: Collin Morikawa’s new TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus driver, 3-wood

Published

on

A day after appearing on the USGA’s Conforming List, the apparent successor to last year’s Stealth family of Carbonwoods has been spotted in the wild.

While we don’t have any additional tech details or any potential launch date at this point, we do some in-hand photos of Collin Morikawa’s new TaylorMade Stealth 2 weaponry from the Sentry Tournament of Champions in Hawaii.

Check out the photos, below, and see what GolfWRXers are saying in the forums.

Wow, a sliding weight at the front, that’s so inno..wait, old news..

And that bracket on the wood, is that for a drawer or something? Looks like they patched up a hole at the back of the club too with some plastic

    Not impressed..

Three Swing Challenge: Testing the Edel Array F-2 putter

Published

on

This week on the Three Swing Challenge, we have the Edel Array F-2 putter. With the Array line of putters, Edel gives golfers several different options to match their putting styles and tendencies. It is a cool concept, but let’s see how it performs.

Why three swings?

Many years ago, the legendary Barney Adams, founder of Adams Golf told us this:

“My formula as a fitter was three shots only. I discounted No. 1 just because it was the first one, counted 100 percent of No. 2 and discounted No. 3 because the player was starting to adjust.”
