3/4-wood recommendations – GolfWRXers discuss

In our forums, our members have been discussing 3/4-woods. WRXer ‘Odshot68’ is on the hunt for either a high launching 3 or 4-wood and kicks off the thread saying

“Looking for advice on a higher launch neutral to open fade bias fairway wood. Not looking for a low launch low spin rocket. Played a strong three wood last year and want something higher launch off the deck to pair with my 2 hybrid.

Also, a shaft recommendation with the head would be great. Either a strong stiff or x flex (not tx).”

And our members have been putting forward their suggestions in our forum.

OsnolaKinnard: “Tour edge exotics CBX 16* 4 wood with the factory KuroKage shaft in your appropriate flex. I have the 3 wood, super easy to hit, very long, and the 4 wood, as I understand, is even easier to elevate.”
Krt22: “The Tsi2 16.5* is absolutely money. Easy to launch and looks/sounds fantastic.”
Phabs: “Keep an eye on the 2021 Mizuno stz. I hit them at an indoor demo day and was pretty surprised. Felt every bit as solid as my M3 but was half the price and had better ball speed.”
Got941: “I just got mine tsi2 16.5 with Tensei blue tx. Love it easiest wood I’ve ever hit off the deck.”
