Mizuno adds to M-Craft putter line

Published

on

Earlier this year, Mizuno got back into the putter game after a long hiatus by introducing their M-Craft line of forged 1025 carbon steel putters with three models, aptly named I, II, and III.

Now based on the success of the line, and the desire to attract more golfers to consider Mizuno putters, they are extending the M-Craft series with three new models for 2021, with the previous I, II, and III models remaining available.

New 2021 Mizuno M-Craft putter models

M-CRAFT IV: A short slant-neck, deep square back putter with moderate toe-hang to suit players with a moderate putting arc.

M-CRAFT V: A short slant-neck toe-heel deep mallet with maximum toe-hang to suit a strongly arcing stroke.

M-CRAFT VI: A familiar-looking face-balanced winged mallet putter offering a heavier standard head weight for extra stability for players with a straight back and through putting stroke.

Construction & Technology

As a refresher on the M-Craft line, Mizuno brings the same philosophy of design from the highly regarded irons to the M-Craft Putter series. Milled from solid blocks of forged 1025 steel, the faces are deeper milled to produce a soft yet solid sound at impact.

The technology story behind the putters is straight forward, and that’s OK, because we’re talking about a milled putter and not a multi-material 460cc driver. There is head weight adjustability with a kit that comes stock with all putter that gives the golfer the opportunity to fine-tune head weight as well as causing slight changes to toe hang.

The final touches are a full blue Lamkin Deep Etched cord grip, KBS Tour putter shafts, and a cover that takes its cues from the classic Mizuno lineage of colors, for a trip down design memory lane.

Each head style is available in three stunning finishes: Classic white satin, Mizuno blue ion, and black ion.

The new Mizuno M-Craft IV, V, & VI putters will be priced at $299.95 and will be available February 4.

Those putters feel amazing. Good price compared to what you pay for something similar
