Puma x Speaqua Sound Co. launch new PopTop Mini Bluetooth speaker

Published

on

Puma Golf has partnered with Speaqua Sound Co. to launch a new Bluetooth speaker you can use on or off the course: the PopTop Mini.

The PopTop Mini speaker powered by Speaqua Sound Co. is designed to deliver premium sound whether you want to listen to your tunes on or off the course and features a built-in PUMA ‘P’ ball marker and bottle opener for golfers who want to enjoy a cold beverage or three on the links.

The new device from Puma features high-quality sound, Bluetooth connectivity, and dual pairing compatibility that allows for easy linking between speakers to amplify sound while enjoying a day on the course. The PopTop Mini boasts a five-hour battery life and is practical at just 2.4 inches in diameter.

A leash accessory allows for convenient attachment to a golf bag or backpack while the speaker itself is entirely water, dust and shockproof.

Speaking on the new PopTop Mini, Zack Oakley, Project Line Manager, Accessories, Puma Golf said

“The PopTop Mini is a ‘must-have’ for golfers who want to have fun on the course. It’s incredibly versatile, delivering great sound in a portable design that is easily attached to your bag. It’s waterproof – because you never know when you might end up in the water – and has a solid battery life to get you through most any round. The game is evolving and at Puma Golf we’re working to help make the game more fun. Pair the right music with your favorite foursome and you’re guaranteed to have a good time regardless of how you score.”

The PopTop Mini ($40), is available to order now in black or white color codes at pumagolf.com and at retail.

Enough already with the music on the golf course. I’ve got no problem with someone wanting to privately listen via earbuds. However, when people feel the need to share their music from two fairways over, I now have a problem. Or, when I am paired with a Stranger and he believes we ALL need to enjoy his music, i’ve got a problem. People have been given an inch with their music, and now they are taking a mile! Maybe I am a “get off my lawn kind of guy!”

I agree 100% with Steve. I’m not bashful about telling someone to turn off the music if they turn it on during a round. It’s incredibly rude. If EVERYONE in your group wants music, fine. But otherwise, listen to music on your own time.
