Is the DST compressor like the Tour Striker? In other words, does it promote shaft lean and a downward angle of attack?

Having a 3 iron CB and 4-PW MBs is not a “combo set”. Stop trying to make yourselves feel better about your shovels by downplaying the use of MBs on tour. Get over it already.

The DST Compressor guys must be partying like it’s 1999 right now, seeing both clubs so prominently displayed on “WITB of the Olympic Gold Medalist” right here on the front page of GolfWRX.

You would know, you live in the hood and go there regularly and get “Dumb Whitey” written across the back of yer head and you didn’t even know it was there

Rose just went from years of full MB sets to the combo quickly and easily. I would think this would take time and or be difficult but maybe these new RSi’s are that nice they look/feel like and MB head. Knowing how hard TM pushes product I wonder of he was “pushed” into this change. Food for thought:

Actually, he made the change because he felt it was better for his game. TM didn’t push it on him, they offered it and he jumped on it. He said he loves how they’re a game improvement club but look and feel like a blade– with better performance on mishits.

Dudes, he went from the C-Taper S+ to X. He’s gotten stronger!

I’m going to guess that it has more to do with the spin rates vs him just getting stronger. I have not tested the PSI irons yet but I would assume they spin more than the MB’s, but I could be incorrect.

Not sure how the Wedge version is set up (amount of shaft lean), but having excessive shaft lean around the greens would be more of detriment than a benefit. That in mind, I would guess this is for full shot work only.

I notice he has the DST compressor. Such a great training aid. Anyone know if he’s working on his short game with the wedge version? Or is this for full shot work?

The DST compressor would only be used by these guys to work on full shots, because around the greens, the players want to let the clubhead pass the hands so they can use the bounce more efficiently.
