AM&E Headcovers, want a custom one, but don't know where to look... Options

Anybody know of a website (possibly a WRX member?) where I can order a custom AM&E putter cover. I want to get one with my own logo/signature on it, but AM&E don't take retail orders, so I have to go through a middleman.

Also, does anybody know what size would best fit an Odyssey #9? I like my headcovers to fit a bit snug (I've lost some in the past becuase they were too loose), so I was leaning towards the blade size. I just wan to make sure it fits though.

Any help is most appreciated.

You would need a mallet. If you want to setup a logo, fee is about $150.00 + cost of the cover and stitching. If you just want a plain cover and either bold or script writing, then the run about $22 to $25.

Damn - from looking at the AM&E website, I thought I could get a logo/signature for ~35.

150+ is a bit out of my reach.

Is that fee for a consultant to set one up, or just to get their machinery calibrated? I only ask beciase I have a logo ready to go.

That is for setting up the logo to the headcover. They may lower it to $100 if its already an embroidery file but, they have minimums now.
