3 coaches watching her hit balls and none correct her being stuck?
lack of power, dispersion and well inconsistency.

Leadbetter’s teaching has come a long way after his “2 year experiment” with Faldo (many years ago when he used a persimmon wood) and admitted as much in his Faldo book. Sometimes the student teaches the teacher.
Of course it’s easier to straighten out a talented golf swing than trying to rebuild a decrepit hacker’s inconsistent swing. Trying a bandaid patch up a bad swing is futility and not a pleasant teaching experience.
