GolfWRX is live from Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., home to the PGA Tour and site of its crown jewel, The Players Championship.

The Players is played on TPC Sawgrass’ Stadium Course, and has the biggest purse ($9.5 million) and winner’s share ($1.71 million).

Last year, Matt Kuchar shot rounds of 68-68-69-70 (13-under) to win what his commonly referred to as golf’s “Fifth Major,” edging out Martin Laird, Zach Johnson, Rickie Fowler and Ben Curtin, who all finished 11-under.
