‘You won’t be missed’ – Pro rips Kevin Na over PGA Tour resignation
The ongoing feud between Kevin Na and Grayson Murray continues.
Back in January Murray replied to a tweet from Golf Channel’s Chantel McCabe. In the tweet, McCabe wrote: “Kevin Na walking in putts does not get old.” Murray replied to the tweet, commenting on Na’s slow play: “Kevin Na taking 3 minutes to putt them does get old.” Na retorted: “U missing the cut is getting old!”
Then, at the Mexico Open, the two were involved in a shouting match which almost came to blows according to Murray.
Last week, Kevin Na announced to his fans via Twitter that he would no longer be playing on the PGA Tour after joining the controversial LIV Golf Series.

Grayson Murray took the opportunity to take another shot at Na by saying “our rounds just got 20 min faster!”

During their dispute at the Mexico Open, Murray yelled at Na: ““I told him, if he goes and plays in the Saudi League, no one’s going to miss him on this Tour.”
Now, Na has given fans the opportunity to see if those remarks hold true.

Bryson’s current situation with Cobra revealed as he uses TaylorMade driver at Saudi International
At this week’s Saudi International, Bryson DeChambeau surprised golf fans by putting TaylorMade’s Stealth Plus 2 driver in the bag. Bryson has been a long time staffer at Cobra Golf and it was a shock to see the 28-year-old with a driver from a different OEM to begin his season.

Per Dan Rapaport of Barstool Sports, a Cobra rep has confirmed that Bryson is simply out of contract with the brand, but that the two parties are currently in discussion about this year and the future.
Regarding Bryson gaming the TaylorMade Stealth this week in Saudi Arabia…a Cobra rep confirms that Bryson DeChambeau is not currently on staff with Cobra as his contract was up at the end of 2022.

‘Sums up my life in the golf industry’ – Paige Spiranac on polarizing Phil Mickelson tweet
After a long break from Twitter, Phil Mickelson was extremely active on Twitter yesterday. His resurgence resulted in the golf world reacting for most of the day.
Paige Spiranac used one of Phil’s tweets to “sum up” what it was like to be a female in the golf industry.

The tweet seemed to be a joke, and to be clear the tweet Phil shared wasn’t directed towards Spiranac, yet some Lefty detractors weighed in calling the tweet “misogynistic.”

‘The hypocrisy is astounding’ – Phil Mickelson takes aim at RBC for missing logo at Saudi International
This morning, Cameron Young played the first round of this week’s Saudi International at Royal Greens Golf and Country Club.
As noticed by Twitter user “EPatGolf”, the 25-year-old PGA Tour player was missing the RBC logo that is typically on his sleeve.

Patterson speculated that the reason for the missing logo was RBC’s reluctance to be associated with golf being played in Saudi Arabia.
Never a stranger to controversy, Phil Mickelson weighed in on the topic, accusing RBC of hypocrisy.

Honestly I didn’t even remember this douchebag Grayson existed. I won’t miss Na because I’m not a huge fan, and while I don’t agree with his decision it was HIS decision. But Grayson Murray? Win something, make a name for yourself. Don’t grab the spotlight by starting some bs with someone people actually recognize.

How is everyone missing the point? It’s not about Grayson or Kevin. It’s about players being bribed with Saudi STATE FUNDED blood money. It’s the EXACT SAME as if the Liv Tour was funded with money from the child porn or human trafficking industry. Saudi Gov’t says that if you wife commits adultery, she can be executed by public beheading. If you’re gay you WILL be executed if caught. This isn’t a place we want to support in any way. Rory gets it. Billy Horschel gets it, and Tiger gets it. (he was offered near a billion to sign on).
Saying that joining is acceptable because they have families to support is ridiculous. GO GET A TRADITIONAL JOB and have some scruples.
