Nick Faldo trolls Brooks Koepka again with ‘thong’ jibe

Published

on

Nick Faldo didn’t wait long this week to continue his back and forth with Brooks Koepka, announcing during the opening round’s coverage that Koepka was “probably poolside in his thong enjoying himself.”

The two had a little back and forth last week, and after Koepka’s withdrawal from this week’s tournament, Faldo took the opportunity to one-up the 4-time major champion on the opening day, saying:

“Tim Wilkinson took the place of the great Brooks Koepka, which was sad for Brooks to miss out. I was looking forward to hearing more fascinating stuff from him today, but unfortunately, he wasn’t around this week.

I know he’s watching at home guys because he loves listening to we analysts and our scintillating insights. He’s probably poolside in his thong enjoying himself.”

In case you didn’t know, Faldo’s ‘thong’ comment refers to a couple of images and videos from last summer which saw Koepka appear in a thong while on vacation.

Who’s looking at Brooks? Is there something Nick needs to tell us? Great pic! Just leave Brooks out of the picture next time.

Seriously this is trash! Why is a man in a thong on this site? Gianni needs to be fired

Can’t be sensitive in an announcer’s position. Johnny Miller, as much as I disagreed with him occasionally, let it fly from the hip. Pros didn’t like what he had to say from time to time but that’s what made him special. Faldo is fine, but it shows weakness when responding to – in my opinion – a pretty valid point from Koepka.

Poor Baby Nicky, his big ego was hurt because Nick took it personal when Brooks commented about announcers talking over the caddie players conversations. It was Nice that started this whole thing and know he is crying about it, over and over. Grow up Nick and put on your big boy pants, I thought you were smarter than that, Guess not.

Brooks obviously did not get enough attention when he was a boy. It’s the only explanation why he acts like a 14 year old girl on the internet. Cringe and half, beyond embarrassing.

Faldo inserting himself usually annoys me, but I’m getting a kick out of this. Brooks probably thinks his opinions are insightful and beneficial in some way. Instead his attempts make him less likeable time and again. Not much different than the rest of the celebrity hoard that believes their status obligates them to enlighten the public.

Too funny. Is there anybody out there that doesn’t think Nick is an ass?

Time for the pasture Sir Nicky…

Actually, it is analysts like Faldo and their scintillating insights that ruin most golf broadcasts and now he has to get in to a tit for tat verbal sparring with one of the best PGA tour players. Sad.

guess Nick still wants to be part of the game instead of an announcer…sad

Wonder if Faldo has figured out yet that is actually Koepka trolling him? As in kiss my azz Lil Nicky.

I bet Brooks looks better in his thong than Nicky does in his pink granny panties.

Nicky boy ought to watch it. His closet has been bursting with skeleton’s for a few decades.

Butch Harmon offers club-throwing advice in funny video

Published

on

The influx of club-throwing on tour isn’t to everyone’s taste, but in a fun video Butch Harmon has offered up his advice for those who plan to partake in the act in the future.

“OK, for those of you who are temperamental and like to throw clubs; not saying I agree with it or don’t agree with it because I’ve thrown a few. But there’s an art to it.” began Harmon.

The art? Location and convenience for the retrieval.

“Number one, never throw the club sideways or backward because you have to go get it. Always throw it on the line you’re going to walk on.”

Harmon then broke down the technique, which includes his top-tip of always throwing underhand,

“But then the technique is important; you want to have a nice windup and a nice load through the club. The madder you are, the more adrenaline you have, the further you’ll throw it. This one will probably only go about 50 yards, but here’s the technique. Good wind up, move into it, and always underhand.”

Check out Harmon’s advice, plus his perfect club throw in the video below!
