8 interesting putter photos from Bettinardi’s Summer Social
![](https://www.golfwrx.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/bettinardi-summer-social-featured.jpg)
Bettinardi’s annual Summer Social was held at company HQ in Tinley Park, Illinois, last week. For RJB enthusiasts from as far away as London and Japan, it’s an opportunity to get together with like-minded individuals, shoot the breeze, oh, and check out some of the coolest putters in the world.
For those of us not lucky enough to join Bob, Sam, and the 60-plus collectors in attendance, Bettinardi was kind enough to furnish us with a few photos of the one-off and limited-edition flatsticks featured at the 10th edition of the gathering.

Three Swing Challenge: Testing the Titleist Vokey WedgeWorks A+ grind
![](https://www.golfwrx.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Blank-1014-x-768.png)
The first wedge has made its way to the Three Swing Challenge! This week we have the WedgeWorks A+ grind that was recently released by Vokey. BK is looking for a new 60-degree wedge, and this could be a contender.
Why three swings?
Many years ago, the legendary Barney Adams, founder of Adams Golf told us this:
“My formula as a fitter was three shots only. I discounted No. 1 just because it was the first one, counted 100 percent of No. 2 and discounted No. 3 because the player was starting to adjust.”

Wow! – Someone (Scott) actually accusing someone of copying Scotty. How ironic! ????????????????

Disappointing comment Mr Positive and I think you are wrong! They all copy Ping. But it’s an interesting article and frankly the putters look terrific. I’d be happy to bag one.

I was fitted and purchased a Bettinardi Queen B #6 recently, and love the putter. I’d like to know how to be invited to the social next year!

I think they can be used for both display and on the course. I was fortunate enough to obtain one at the Social and have been using it on the course. I like the refer to these as beautiful examples of functional art!

Those are amazing and the milling is A+, but they all seem like they were meant to be put on display and not actually gamed.
