For all of you in the north or in areas with regular snowfall, here is a great video for you! Even when shoveling snow or performing some simple hockey wrist shots, you can become aware of certain aspects of your movements that you will want to transfer to your golf game.

Once you have the feel in any sport, you can easily transmit and plug into any other sport, as they all relate. This is especially true in golf — From the weight shift, to the load into the ground, to the clearing of the hips and body, to the way the arms coordinate to release the energy through to the target.

Once you have the feel in any sport, you can easily transmit and plug into any other sport, as they all relate.

Yes the the reason? All movement is controlled by our subconscious
Our subconscious knows to keep us in balance and to co ordinate hundreds of muscle in complex chain action… without knowing anything about any sport.

Our conscious mind assumes our subconscious knows golf, or snow shovelling or hockey.. it does not.
The key is Feel, as stated in the video, not aiming at a target.

Jack Nicklaus said he never aimed at his final target on a full shot, rather he worked the ball right to left or left to right, toward the final target.

Do we do that with snow shovelling or wrist shot in hockey?
