10 interesting photos from the Masters: Tiger Woods switches driver shafts

Published

GolfWRX is live this week from the 2018 Masters at Augusta National Golf Club!

We have six glorious galleries of photos from golf’s celestial realm for you this Monday, as well as a look at Odyssey’s “Season Opener” putter cover and some shots of Tiger Woods teeing off with Justin Thomas and Fred Couples for his Monday practice round.

Many wondered what shaft Tiger would arrive at Augusta National with after struggling with the big stick early this year. Wonder no more: It looks like TW is gaming a Mitsubishi Tensei Pro Orange (further details to follow tomorrow).

“Only time I’ve ever heard a loud ovation was for Arnie when he played with his grandson at Quail Hollow,” our Tour Photographer said of Woods arrival on the tee for his practice round.

Speaking of the King, it’s nice to see Callaway continuing to honor Arnold Palmer with its Masters…ahem, “Season Opener” putter cover.

Jose Maria Olazabal: Does the man ever not look good?

We may not see a more sophisticated piece of gear this week than this gentleman’s baby-wearing apparatus.

Rory McIlroy’s custom Nikes

Continuing the footwear theme: Pat Perez’ Jordans

Vijay Singh doesn’t need any stinkin’ bag sponsors!

Wesley Bryan’s belt may represent the first time Taco Bell has ever been inside the gates of Augusta National.

Bubba Watson doing the “high-tops and headphones” putting drill.

Here’s a position you probably don’t get in on the downswing.
