Monday’s photos from the 2016 Valero Texas Open

GolfWRX is live this week from the Valero Texas Open at TPC San Antonio (AT&T Oaks course) in San Antonio, Texas. The Oaks course, designed by Pete Dye, will play as a par-72 measuring 7,435 yards for the event.

Last year, Jimmy Walker won by four strokes over Jordan Spieth, and he’ll be back in the field to defend his championship.

Also in this year’s field is Patrick Reed, ranked No. 13 in the Official World Golf Rankings, Phil Mickelson (No. 19), Matt Kuchar (No. 27) and Bryson DeChambeau, who finished T4 in his pro debut at last week’s RBC Heritage.

The photo galleries below include the Monday qualifier for the Valero Texas Open, which is being held on TPC San Antonio’s AT&T Canyons course, as well as photos from a Pro-Am held on the Oaks course.

The famed Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, is the scene this week for the Charles Schwab Challenge, where Ludvig Aberg enters the week as the tournament favorite.

Tour Photographer Greg Moore and our traveling equipment insider, Alistair Cameron, are both on site this week in the Lone Star State. Thus far, we’ve been treated to an in-hand look at TaylorMade’s new ZT Max putter, as well as a bounty of WITBs.

GolfWRX is on site this week for the final event of the 2025 FedEx Cup Playoffs: the Tour Championship

30 players will tee it up this week at East Lake, looking to get their hands on the Tour Championship as well as the FedEx Cup, which comes with a paycheck of $10 million. So far, we have plenty of photos for you to peruse, including Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas and Viktor Hovland WITBs.

Photos from the 2022 PGA Show

GolfWRX was on site for the golf business’s annual winter rite: the PGA Merchandise Show.

While the weather was less than cooperative for demo day, there were no such difficulties inside the Orange County Convention Center. This isn’t to say there weren’t significant figurative headwinds influencing this year’s Show, but those are widely discussed elsewhere. Our duty here was merely to document, and that is what we did to the tune of more than 1,500 photos, below.
