TaylorMade Spider 2.0 Putters Spotted

Published

on

Check out the photos of the TaylorMade Spider 2.0 in the gallery below that we spotted on the putting green at the FedEx St. Jude Classic, which include a new Daddy Long Legs, Spider Blade and Spider Mallet.

According to a TaylorMade representative, the new putters are designed to have a “more premium look” than the original putters, a change that was fueled by tour player feedback. That’s why you’ll see high-polished soles, as well as white removable weights and white sections on their grips that highlight the stability of these counter-balanced putters.

Both Sergio Garcia and Justin Leonard are said to be putting Spider Mallet 2.0 putters in their bags this week in Memphis.

In our forum, there’s also photos of all-black TaylorMade prototype putters that the company appears to be calling “Tour Stock.” Details on those putter have yet to be released.
