Photos from the Deutsche Bank Championship

Published

on

GolfWRX is live from the Deutsche Bank Championship, the second round of the PGA Tour’s FedExCup Playoffs at TPC Boston.

Last year, Rory McIlroy shot 20-under to win at TPC Boston, which was the first of two-consecutive Playoff victories for the Northern Irishman.

McIlroy hasn’t won on Tour in 2013, but the 7200-yard par-71 layout sets up well for bombers like him, as well as last year’s top-5 finishers — Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson (Louis Oosthuizen finished in second place last year, but will not participate this year because of FedExCup points/injuries).

As in past years, the Deutsche Bank Championship starts on Friday to accommodate a Labor Day finish. After the final putt drops on Monday, the PGA Tour’s FedExCup Playoff field will be trimmed from 100 to 70 players, who will compete next week in the BMW Championship.

Check out the photos we shot from around TPC Boston. And be sure to check back, as we’re updating this story with new photos every day.

Photos from the 2022 PGA Show

Published

GolfWRX was on site for the golf business’s annual winter rite: the PGA Merchandise Show.

While the weather was less than cooperative for demo day, there were no such difficulties inside the Orange County Convention Center. This isn’t to say there weren’t significant figurative headwinds influencing this year’s Show, but those are widely discussed elsewhere. Our duty here was merely to document, and that is what we did to the tune of more than 1,500 photos, below.
