The vast majority of golfers want to be consistent. The reality is that they are… the consistency they have just doesn’t produce the outcome they want.

In this video, I share a simple drill that will improve the way you deliver the club with your trail arm and give you a more consistent delivery from the inside to promote more consistent outcomes.

    Thank you

    For the video.

    I love the drill.

I have had times last year where I had been hitting over the top and delivering the club outside of the line of flight.

But I can see this drill helps to put the club on plane and in the magic slot to swing in a way to deliver ball on plane and out a little with a slight draw.

Can’t play yet but I am excited to practice this drill.

Soooo…. you can correct your OTT problem by changing your club and trail hand and arm action. But what if the cause of your OTT swing is caused by your body action from your feet to your shoulders?
Trying to correct a golf swing from the clubhead inward is useless if the problem resides in the body from the feet upwards…. ya think?!!

Since the drill starts from the fastest part of the golfswing, i.e. the club, you will need at least 1000 repetitions over a month or more before you’ve engramed it into your neuro-muscular system and brain…. unless you are a super brain golfer ..!!

Shallowing the Club: Two Moves to Avoid (Part 1)

Published

It’s the move we all want in the downswing… and rightfully so. Shallowing the club is a great way to put your swing on plane and really start to narrow you misses. All shallowing moves are not equal, however; in fact, there are a couple that you’ll definitely want to try to avoid because they can actually have the opposite effect!

We’ve broken this series into two parts to make it more digestible. This is Part 1. Thank you for watching!

Shallowing the Club: Two Moves to Avoid (Part 2) is coming soon!

In this video, I use technology to help you better understand how you can pitch the ball like the pros.

When pitching, you may have learned to keep your weight on your lead foot throughout the shot. That’s not always the best approach. With BodiTrak, I show you how to move your weight correctly to achieve more consistent strikes.
