Photos from the 2016 Hero World Challenge

GolfWRX is live this week from the 2016 Hero World Challenge at Albany Golf Course in the Bahamas, where the course will play as a par-72 measuring 7,302 yards. The event benefits the Tiger Woods Foundation, and Tiger Woods himself will make his return to competitive golf after more than a year.

Joining him in the 18-player field are 17 of golf’s top-ranked players including Dustin Johnson, ranked No. 3 in the Official World Golf Rankings, Henrik Stenson (No. 4), Jordan Spieth (No. 5), Hideki Matsuyama (No. 6), Patrick Reed (No. 8), Bubba Watson (No. 10) and Rickie Fowler (No. 12).

Last year, Watson won the event with a four-round total of 25-under par, beating out Reed by three strokes.

The famed Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, is the scene this week for the Charles Schwab Challenge, where Ludvig Aberg enters the week as the tournament favorite.

Tour Photographer Greg Moore and our traveling equipment insider, Alistair Cameron, are both on site this week in the Lone Star State. Thus far, we’ve been treated to an in-hand look at TaylorMade’s new ZT Max putter, as well as a bounty of WITBs.

GolfWRX is on site this week for the final event of the 2025 FedEx Cup Playoffs: the Tour Championship

30 players will tee it up this week at East Lake, looking to get their hands on the Tour Championship as well as the FedEx Cup, which comes with a paycheck of $10 million. So far, we have plenty of photos for you to peruse, including Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas and Viktor Hovland WITBs.

GolfWRX was on site for the golf business’s annual winter rite: the PGA Merchandise Show.

While the weather was less than cooperative for demo day, there were no such difficulties inside the Orange County Convention Center. This isn’t to say there weren’t significant figurative headwinds influencing this year’s Show, but those are widely discussed elsewhere. Our duty here was merely to document, and that is what we did to the tune of more than 1,500 photos, below.
