GolfWRX made a quick trip to Maui for a visit with the Artist Formerly Known as the Sentry Tournament of Champions. Now renamed “The Sentry,” owing to the inclusion of non-winners in the previous season, the tournament represents the start of the 2024 PGA Tour season (no more wraparound!).

What are the driver and shaft combinations of the best golfers in the world? For gearheads, it’s an endlessly interesting question — even if we can only ever aspire to play LS heads and 7 TX shafts.

At this week’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, GolfWRX got in-hand looks at the driver setups of more than 20 players.

Photos from the 2024 Farmers Insurance Open

GolfWRX was on site this week at Torrey Pines for the Farmers Insurance Open where players continue to switch into new product and get dialed for the season ahead.

Despite a rainout Monday and a Wednesday start to the tournament, on the WITB front, we have 15 WITBs for your viewing pleasure, including the always-interesting Hideki Matsuyama and Jason Day.

Additionally, we got a look at some prototype shafts from LA Golf, limited-edition headcovers, and custom putters — oh, and Ben Baller’s 24K gold Scotty Cameron.
