Saw Pete Cowan on the range with Rory Friday. If I was on Fowler’s team I’d definitely make a Cowan recommendation. He’s the Golf Swing Whisperer.

Rickie should go back to the trainer he had when he started winning… ZERO
These so called expert trainers are out to make themselves rich and famous. End up destroying careers.
Leave body building to Arnold…..Schwarzenegger.

How much shorter are Rickie’s iron shafts to ‘standard?’ I.e. if a ‘standard’ 7 iron is 37” how long is Rickie’s?

I like Ricky, seems like a good guy. Super-hot wife also. But he better start finishing in the money soon or he’ll be an after-thought (if he isn’t already).

Its the same we keep seeing on tour. A few wins, they get a personal trainer
build muscle and loose “feel”(proprioception). it happened to Jason Day, hurt Rory just as he began to win.Whats happened to Jordan?
Can only hope, that Colin Morikawa doesnt fall into the “fitness, trainer” trap.
Staying lean and fit, like a cat, not a bear.
“We have so, so many inputs into our sensory system that give us feedback and orient our minds to what our bodies are doing. “Learning how the brain actually pulls this off — what are the algorithms it uses to build these models and utilize them — will help us make better machines,” Hantman says.”

Gorgeous irons, no doubt. However, making a difficult came even harder he’s not necessarily a good recipe for success. Also, when your best TV time is schlepping for mortgage and insurance companies, that’s probably not a good sign.

I like ricki but if he designed the clubs, shouldn’t he have designed a 4 iron he can play? And if he can’t play that 4 iron, who can? And why did he go back to such an old 4 iron? So many questions!

The 4 iron is basically a driving iron…he hits it about 240 on the fly.. he only needs 5-pw because he hits the ball far…

Yes, he’s on a path to irrelevancy, the Hunter Mahan of the 2020’s.
