Everyone glossing over the fact that he played the final round with an entirely different putter!? Who does that when your in the top-10 going into Sunday?? Guess it worked… wow.

During the coverage you could clearly see it was a Fujikura Pro when they zoomed in to get a reaction of him after a tee shot. But when it was a shot from farther away, the blue/black paint scheme definitely made it look tour blue-ish.

Any idea why he would go with the Nunchuck shaft just in the 5 wood?

Wow, just noticed that Maltby DMB Forged 8 iron in the 3rd picture! I haven’t checked the forums in a while, but if anyone has a sharper eye than me (a lot of people) then they must be discussing this already… Cool to see a component company get some Tour use, especially by a multiple-time winner. Congrats to Matt Every after everything he’s gone through, and sweet clubs!

That’s insanely cool, though I don’t think he used it for the tournament. Wonder what it was doing in his bag???

I asked the same question a couple of tournaments ago and I believe it is some sort of training aid. In some other photos I saw he had the maltby 8iron and the apex pro 8 iron as well.

I put a post about this on the Maltby forum a few weeks ago and it was confirmed that it is a new training aid being used by Matt Every and Colt Knost. The training aid chose the Maltby DBM 8 iron head (and I assume that is why it’s currently sold out on the golfworks website).

So it begins; Dynamic Gold AMT’s first PGA Tour win, after just a few weeks out of the box. I really want to get more info on all of this.

His driver was clearly shafted with an Aldila Tour Blue or was I seeing things?
Good to see a set of Apex Pro’s in the winners circle, not sure why they are not in more tour bags?
PS congrats Matt

It was definitely a fujikara shaft. . It resembles the tour blue though.

You’re correct. Tour Blue.

We confirmed that both shafts are correct as listed. He did not play a Tour Blue.
