What is your opinion of the "new" Monday night format on the golf Channel?
I used to really look forward to the learning night on the golf channel. They had some really good lessons and I enjoyed the ones where the pro's helped amateurs with their game. Now I don't bother to turn it on.
Is it just me?

Terrible, Academy Live and Playing Lessons from the Pros were the two best programs TGC has ever come up with.
The Turn is no replacement, it's not even close, in fact it's pretty annoying. Monday Night Lights started out okay early in the year, with replays of final round PGA Tour coverage, but now it's turned into LPGA, Champions Tour and 3-10 year old tournament replays.
Dirty Jobs is much better.

Bring back the old Monday night, it was the best programming on TGC ...the turn suxxx... the announcer guy is extremely annoying, he has a voice and tone for used car commercials it is so honky tonk- carnival like that no matter how good the show is I cant watch it because that guys voice makes me want to dive off a skyscraper.

Academy Live and Playing Lessons were extremely good programming. Entertaining and educational. Most seem to agree with that so at least now I feel better that it's not just me.
Monday's evening I work in the yare, go to the range, etc. No need to turn on TV, especially in the summer.

Cannot stand "The Turn" - grates on my ears like an infomercial - and don't really like the rest of the Monday programming.
Much preferred Academy Live - while I won't say I watched every week, I watched more of Monday when it was instruction, etc. than I watch now.
