What was your issue?

I can pair green/yellow/white/khaki paints or white/yellow/green shirt.

White shoes work best

I just got a grey ostrich quill belt and cash cover, very pleased with both. Jay does great work and I think it only took two weeks. Will order at least a few more belts down the road, but that will lead to more my joys too...

I've only gotten a cash cover so far but I am thrilled with my experience. The first cc I bought didn't really look at all like the pictures or what I had expected. After I sent a polite e-mail saying that I was a little disappointed in how it turned out, Jay asked me to call him the next day. After I described what I had expected and more of what I would like to get, he had me look up an equinox piece on the website while we were on the phone and it was exactly what I wanted. I sent back the cc and a couple weeks later he e-mailed me with a few different equinox ccs to choose from and he sent me the one I picked out at no additional cost. Above and beyond what I had even expected as it was a more expensive cc and I was expecting equal credit at most, he's got my repeat business for sure.

Jay is a great guy...saving up for a belt but very happy with the multiple cash covers I've bought in the past...even got my groomsmen cash covers as their gift when I got married in 2015.

I'm debating between a natural python or western diamondback. Anybody have either or both and can comment on how they look in person? I have a grey suede python belt but no natural belts

Enjoy the chase.

I've had some of his belts fade. Really liked them early on but multiple belts didn't hold up after a year or so. I sent him the pictures and got a so-so reply back.  But for the price these should hold up better. I haven't dealt with that company in at least 2 years now.  Sorry to have a negative report, but it's the truth.

Hate to hear that.  I have dealt with Jay for 5-6 years and never had any issues what so ever.  I have a huge collections so I am not wearing the same belt every day.

I now have two belts and three cash covers and can say the quality is outstanding.  Also, I received an email from Jay to clarify the color on an order I placed (my fault) the same day.
So in my experience the customer service and product is top notch.
