i use up a lot of gloves and i was wondering what glove will not get holes as easy

It sounds like ur gloves are not of the best quality, I would suggest bying the footjoy sci-fli or any nike glove but don't b afraid to spend a bit of money on a good glove, it's vital

FJ Shock stopper. An extremely durable glove with padding in strategic places.

Most FJ's (DryIce, SciFlex are my favorites, don't like the ShockStopper and WeatherSoft) and the Bionic glove are very durable. I've also had good luck with Callaway and Nike. I always go for something that is part synthetic, never 100% leather.

I have tried every Nike glove and they all seem to wear out extremely quickly for me. I have found the Mizzuno gloves hold up extremely well. I want to try out the new cleveland glove, i like the feel of it, however i have yet to hear anyone who has used it.

I've used Foot Joy cloves for awhile now and I've used both the weather soft and the stay soft. The weather soft gloves lasted longer but I had the same problem with holes and wearing. I recently switched to a cadet size and they last longer.

I like Titleist Perma-Tec. You might want to have a qualified instructor take a look at your grip. If you're gripping the club too much in the palm and/or regripping during the swing you'll wear holes in your glove fairly quickly.

I hate buying gloves and will always sacrifice a little feel for durability. That said, i usually buy high quality gloves. My favorite extended life glove was the Footjoy spider, but i think they lasted too long so footjoy axed tehm.

My current favorites are the new Ping M-fit glove and Mizuno retro flex. I prefer the ping, it has a tackier feel and is very durable. I am rough on gloves and can use a Ping for 6-10 rounds. Same with the Mizun0, however the Mizuno does not have the same level of feel as the Ping.

Most every other glove i have used will have a hole in 1 rouund. Never will i buy another Nike dri fit tour! TOre on the third hole! ANy other product and a store would give you your money back. Good luck with a craptacular golf glove return.

My holes are never in the palms, but on the outside of the first segment of my left pointer finger(where finger attaches to hand). Any suggestions as to why this is? I have heard the palm hole theory, but never on where i get them.

Apparantly, yes. I have one, the tag on the inside is just like my other TM gloves. Maybe it's an exclusive or Japan-issue? It's actually a decent glove and fits well.

Identical for me regarding Nike/Mizuno, I have had Nike extreme tech gloves wear out in just a few rounds.

I got a bunch of the Mizuno Retroflex gloves cheap from TGW and have been getting really long life out of them. The big thing for me has been putting the glove back into its package after the round, fold it the way it came. Your glove will last way longer that way than as a crumpled mess in one of the pockets.

I haven't had the glove long enough to find out how long it lasts, but if it is like the other TM gloves, then it should last a good while. Yeah, it's kind of funny/funky looking, but not any more so than other "tech" style gloves (FJ, Bionic, etc.).

This is kinda sad, but I've had great life from some "Acuity" gloves from Dick's Sporting Goods. 3 for $20.

nike elite feel in black. the black last much longer than the white and they are very inexpensive. so far, after 80 rounds this year i'm on my third glove and replaced the second one becuase it didn't wear out, but stretched out. this also has included playing in the rain quite a few times this year and they've held up real well. between quality and price its the best deal going.

Played 18 holes with one yesterday, and loved it big time. Really soft, smooth and with a great feel. I'm going back to pick up a box full of them.

Best golf gloves? I've never seen a huge disparity between gloves, so I tend to just buy them in bulk. You can find glove lots on ebay relatively easily.

You can swing fantastic deals on ebay for 6-8 gloves, sometimes for as little as $4/glove.

I usually stick with FJ or Nike. Sometimes I find others though.

Agree, been using it the past couple seasons and it lasts a LONG time...plus you can easily find them for less than 75...in fact I got two for less than that

Kasco "Royal Arms" gloves are supposedly the longest lasting and best feeling glove around. They would cost about £60 here in England. About $120. They are made by Ostridge leather or something. I can't quite remember. I nearly got one myself, but the price put me off.
But I agree with most on this one. FootJoy SciFlex is probably the best alternative for feel and longetivety.

I've read some great reviews on Cutters golf gloves...(the one barkley used in the Haney project) But the only site i've seen it for sale was on the cutters website, which would charge me 30 bucks shipping to hawaii. does anybody know of other online retailers that sell this glove?

Unfortunately I have to agree here. I prefer the feel of the "tour" gloves but i go through Nikes in 2 rounds (even their top of the line glove). I recently switched to Taylormade Targa Tour gloves i got off rockbottomgolf (http://www.rockbottomgolf.com/taylor-made-golf-mlh-targa-tour-limited-edition-leather-gloves.html) for $9 each. The first has lasted about 12 rounds, but that will get expensive. After I go through my other 2 which will last me until vacation in Myrtle Beach I will by 4 pairs of Callaway Warbird gloves, and those will last me until vacation next year! Im just not a huge fan of the feel.

I am also interested in glove recomendations
