If you're talking sales, I'd say the X2Hot line will be better based on price.  I personally don't know too many guys that will drop 1100 bucks for a set of irons.
But I'll also say that I think X Hot will continue to do well until they are sold out.  Put X Hot irons(steel shaft $499) beside X2Hot (which I think will retail for $799) and I guess most guys/gals won't be able to justify the extra money.

IMO visually, the Apex line is much more appealing.  I also like the feel of the Apex std/Pro.  I have yet to hit the X2Hot/Pro irons.

Agreed here. I'm glad that they bring back the old Apex name and hope that these clubs with be as good as the BH clubs were.

I think the whole name thing with the heritage that it brings to the game of golf will sure interest a lot of people, including mine.

Apex are #2 on my buying list, just beside the S55 and just ahead of the AP2.

Tough choice as I want to demo both sets this winter. Really like the Apex line, but I also will be trying the X Hot 2 line. Have X Hot Pros now and interested in the X Hot 2 Pros. Both really look like great irons. Shall be an interesting winter, before my March in Florida.
