Does anyone remember the usual cycle for releases? When should we be looking for the new line to become official?

New models are usually revealed at the PGA Show with a March-ish release date. Whatever will become the new/current line will stay in place for 2-3 years with a random new model thrown in every year or so.

I keep hearing that there will be a new fastback close to the ICC version with a double bend shaft?  Anyone have a photo or confirmation.  I love my SS 2.7 but a fastback version with the same toe hang would be great. Sign me up

Any idea what putters they will be coming out with a flare neck. I love the looks of the old fastback 1.5 and would love a mid mallet with a flow neck.. Currently have a Golo and would love either a Golo or fastback with flare neck and deep milling.

I just read through this thread again, am I reading that there will be no kunckle head (plumbers neck) golo as an OTR offering in 2014?  Or is the fastback the only opportunity where it might happen?

That has me really bummed, I really didn't want to spend a small fortune on one of the limited N5 or N7's.

From what I understand...yes there will be a CS FX and no #6. I am bummed because I think that head with todays new twists (finish, weights, deep milling) would be a hit.

Bummer, although I'm sure Scotty knows way more on what people will buy at a retail level.

I just really wanted a mallet with a plumbers neck along with the deep milling of the Scotty Select Line.  I'll just keep my eyes peeled for a deal, I waited around and got a Newport 2 button back about a year after they came out last time and ended up scoring a killer deal on one.  I'll just wait and see what I can do on an N5, N7, or H-12 (haha, yeah right on that one those are hard to find under $1k)

I thought that maybe with Dufner's popularity that we may see it return to the line...maybe a LE?

Anyone have a clue when the counterbalanced grip will be available in the custom shop? I have a Futura X that I'd like to put it on.

I was shocked that there was very little talk about an "Inspired by Jason Dufner". Think it would have been a great putter.

Scotty: can you please release a Newport 1.5 WITHOUT a sightline? If you want to add a sight dot, that would be great, but please leave off the sightline.

Thanks.

Completely agree!  I was really hoping to see a #6 with weights.  I prefer a 33" putter, and the Circa gets really light at that weight...

I saw these pics of a "new" Futura X putter for sale from the Cameron Museum & Gallery and thought they looked interesting.  This could be a peek at the styling coming in the new 2014 lineup (the weights are way different and the text, circle T engraving are all new and different) or it could just be for this putter only and I'm looking too much into things.  Either way it's a cool looking stick so I thought I'd post.

All sorts of speculation going on at TCC. Supposedly a big announcement coming tomorrow.

Theories so far....Scotty is going to Nike, Signing a big new contract with Titleist, and leaving Titleist to start his own brand.

I heard of a counterbalance putter at 38". Belly putters i heard can be special ordered through scotty cameron/titleist

The announcement may be that the Dual Balance Futura X will be released this month.  I was playing with one yesterday at an undisclosed location.  The putter is 38" with a 50 gram counterbalance in the butt end of the grip, there will be 2 standard lengths, and for the life of me I cant remember the other length.  It looked like the grip was a 17" +/- belly or longer Winn Pro X style.  Red 75% up from the bottom, SCOTTY CAMERON in white with the top 25% of the grip that has the dual balance logo.  The putter feels great, looks cool but I am not much of a Futura X fan.

I seriously doubt that Scotty is going to Nike, that is almost a waste of time to speculate.

It makes zero sense SC will leave Titleist when releasing a new counter-balance putter. I agree with Gator here. It's madly fun to speculate SC going to Nike though.
