I may have missed something ,but why isn't Faldo playing at the Masters? Is it because of contractual obligations alone or was it his choice. I didn't hear him approach the subject. Anyone know the reason?

I have heard him discuss it on two occasions. Both times he inferred that he couldn't be competitive, primarily because of the short game. He may be too busy chasing KT around Augusta, who knows for sure.

He was offered the CBS position and although it was a tough decision for him he chose to be a broadcaster and go into semi retirement from golf. I have heard that he is going to be announcing at the British Open as well. I heard him say recently that he is loving broadcasting and does not regret his decision at all.
