I've played the super twilight rate at Troon in Phoenix from around 5:00 onward in the Fall... With no one else on the course and a cart I was able to finish before day light ended.
$40-$50 range.

Many of the RTJ courses are fantastic.  I would pay, with trail card yearly 39 fee, pay 42 b4 5 and 25 twilight...sets the std IMO.
