Nice pics, would love to be there, only $2.00 for a beer.
Awesome pics!! Thanks.
(Above) Too right, how cheap is the food at The Masters!? You can tripple those prices for snacks at events in the UK, at least. Last time I was at The Open in 2005 Fish and Chips or similar meal was over a fiver, thats about $10. You can't even get beer that cheap on a student night! Can't beleive those prices.
Great pics Scott. The prices have always been much more reasonable at The Masters. Eating at most any other event in the US means selling a tour driver before you go to stock the wallet.
Those are great pictures. Thanks so much for posting them.
It is funny how so many people are commenting on the price of food. That caught my eye too. I went to the US Open in 2000 at Pebble Beach and had a hot dog, a bag of chips, and a Coke. I think it was over $15.
I've never been to The Masters, but at least if I do go one day I know I won't have to starve for lack of funds.
WOW!!!! (what happened to the "We're not worthy" smilie?)
Must be awesome! Check out those prices for food and beer!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Almost makes it a bargain to pay $1000 on ebay for a practrice round ticket! haha
I wish i could take my camera again on thursday but no luck there. LK (putt4doh) contributed about 40 pics to this tread too. We would have gotten more but the battery didnt last. He took the concession price pic and thought you guys might get a kick out of it
If you have never been....go. Find a way because it is just flat out one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Great job Scott. Although it pains me to see Weir's irons, it's good to know that if I were there in person, it'd only cost fifty cents to feel better again.

It would take me at least $1.50, or 3 pills. Those things are uuuuuuugly. I know it's function over form, but could those irons possibly look any worse?
On the subject of event catering, i don't know if it a normal thing on the PGA Tour, but at the Am-Ex at the Grove last year they put a Subway in the tented village, what a genius idea! The prices were raised and the menu was restricted, but it was by far the best food i've had a tournament.
Awesome pictures Scott. I really enjoyed them. Wish I could go there some day. I'd throw down at least two pimento cheese and a couple of egg salads sandwiches at those prices just for warm ups.
It was great seeing the boys all staring in the same direction. That's the quietest and still I have ever seen Lawrence or Jay. Jay looks like he has been doing o.k. at the dinner table too. I'll have to tease him about that when I talk to him next, he will catch me if he's not careful. I owe him a hat !!
Scott,
Thanks for the pics. You know that makes me homesick...I guess I should've took you up on your offer to play there during caddy week...check your voicemail...you know what I'm looking for.
