Guys,

Check out these photos of Fourteen Golf's Director of Tour Operations, Rusty Estes, shaping a set of wedges at the Valero Texas Open for a tour player who can't be named because of his affiliation with another OEM.

He also shows off photos of Fourteen's new FH1000 irons.

For more, here's a front-page Q&A with Rusty that gets deep into wedge design and forged vs. cast. There's also a video there of Rusty working his magic on wedges.

So what is the "RM" wedge? Seen a few in Greg's shots, but are these just raw heads that are custom ground?  Different in what way from the 11's and 12's?

Those new irons look awesome. I currently game the v5 Fourteen wedges that I just cant seem to get rid of. The Yuyuri wedges do look tempting though. I need to learn how to grind my own wedges here soon.

Beautiful clubs right there.  Such clean lines, and no gimmicky colors, phrases, etc.  I wish more club makers would go that route.  Really, really, love those wedges.

Doh... and I just bought a set of custom Fourteen TC-930 from FairwayGolfUSA.com (thanks rob)...

FH1000 - Very beautiful irons, and if the "reverse muscle (RM)" technology works like it in my wedges it should allow for more forgiveness on hits higher on the club face (which is what you want on lofted chips/pitches), and I suppose the RM in the FH1000 will move the CoG higher up the club face for a more penetrating ball flight?

Looks like the longer irons are pock-cavity or is there an all MB option?

A wonderfully simple and classy looking set of irons. Amazing how much better irons look without garish plastic badges in the cavity.

You just need to have a really honest conversation with your kids about why you are pulling $ from their college fund to pay for these. You can tell them that they'll appreciate college more when they are paying for it themselves. And if it doesn't work out, "Well, the world needs ditch-diggers, too!" -Judge Smails

These are quickly becoming a must buy for me.  I love the simple and inconsipicuous look of this iron head.  I love the way the X forged and the CMBs hit, but they are just way too blingy for me.  Not talking about the chrome but the other superfluous items like badging.  Simple is better.
