Probably what they said they would do, in a timely manner, exactly how he asked for it to be done , and are prepared to stand behind their work..

I emailed them twice and never got a response.

I emailed them about a repair, and got a response from the president in less then 24hrs. They offered me a full replacemen.

glad they got you taken care of, do you mind sharing what the defect in the product was?  sounds extreme for a putter to need full replacement under warranty
