Ultimately they're at the mercy of the reps- my golf shop is no longer carrying TMAG for this same reason. This season If someone wants something TMAG we have to special order and do it online. Sometimes that rep would take forever to call back and sometimes never would. S we said f it and didn't book any product. I'd love to see how he explained that one! (my bold)
Do I understand that your shop didn't contact Tmag and tell them why you stopped ordering product? If that's not true I don't get it for the the sake of your business, your customers and a courtesy for Tmag with an opportunity for them to make it better for you.
