Oh definitely.. he said he wished he knew all the info a long time ago.
I would recommend a combo of the book and the 2.0 DVDs. If you can only get one, that's tough because it depends on what you prefer. I'd say if you like more checkpoint references to go for the book, but if you like lots of ball hitting demos and scientific measurement, the 2.0s are the way to go.
Personally I can't stop watching the ball hitting demos!

I think you'll love them. The 2.0 DVDs are so good, especially since they use the protracer to really give the viewer a feel for how high and far the pros hit the ball. There are segments where you can see the tightness of the dispersion patterns for each player too. They are fantastic!
Honestly, even if you don't use S&T or just use small bits of it, you'll really enjoy the videos! (honestly I believe the majority of pros have a more modern centered swing rather than the sway back and forth ala Ballard and what Golf Digest would lead you to believe).

I couldn't agree more with you about your last statement. For some reason there seems to be a "stigma" attached to the term "stack and tilt". So even though it's pretty obvious when you see some of the pros swing, when they tell you what they are doing you will never hear S/T.

Absolutely! Sean O'Hair comes to mind, and really any of Foley's students (yes that includes Tiger). You'll never hear them say "I've changed my swing to the more modern and ubiquitous centered swing model". I've seen some Sean O'Hair videos where he goes out of his way to make sure everyone knows "I don't like the Stack and Tilt" even though that's what he was doing under Foley. Look at Hunter Mahan's swing. Just awesome. Upper axis and head don't move an inch, his hands go way in on the backswing, upper arms are quite tight to the torso, back leg straightens a bit and his weight goes forward on the downswing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3Qg8c4Vr3w
His finish isn't the typical S&T model's finish and of course there are other differences, but all in all a very modern centered swing. I don't see him making a massive lateral move to his back leg during the backswing.
