3 scrambled eggs (1 yoke only) with cheese, 3 slices of toast, a cup of decaf tea,  and some kind of fruit.

Once the round starts, I start munching around the 3rd hole...nuts, bananas, protein bar, h20

And you are posting this dead serious without a smile on your face?

I'm serious actually, I walk so I burn a lot of calories.  My preparation begins the night before actually, usually a large meal with complex carbs and protein and lots of water.

Here is the important part. The night before..two aleve [neaproxin] . For breakfast something like ham and cheese sandwich or cheeseburger or left over steak with baked potatoe is great. Followed by two more aleve and a vicoden [if I've got a script for my arthritis] . Get to course and have a budwieser before tee off. Add a beer now and then and maybe a snack and I'm good to go all day. May have to add another pain relief if it's all day.

Usually nothing besides coffee. If I do eat I try to avoid carbs so I'm not hungry in two hours.
