Sausage and bacon roll with ketchup and a cup of tea with 2 sugars.

However, if I am running late, I have been known to go to the McDonalds drive thru and pick up a Breakfast Wrap and an OJ.

There's a McDonald's on the way to the course. Either two Egg McMuffins or one Egg McMuffin and an oatmeal. Especially when I'm walking, I need a lot of protein, otherwise my blood sugar drops. I found that Sausage McMuffin is too greasy and heavy.

For someone in the Northeast, Wawa scrambled eggs in a bowl is awesome, but harder to eat while driving.

For me it's a concoction of Naproxen, Tylenol and an antihistamine.  I might throw in a Nutrigrain bar for good measure.  During the round, I'll snack on cashews or almonds but that's it.  I'm not a big fan of eating right before I play and most days I don't eat before noon anyway.  Definitely not a poster child for a Health Magazine.

A couple of Little Debbie Swiss cake snack rolls and a Diet Coke, or, if I'm really hungry, a Sausage Breakfast Burrito from Taco Johns and a large Diet Mt. Dew. Like Socrates above, I'll never make the cover of any healthy eating magazine.

I don't understand what's wrong with cheeseburger and fries for breakfast, it's basically the same as a sausage breakfast sandwich and hash browns...

I usually start with three eggs scrambled, a few strips of bacon, a banana, oj,  and maybe some toast. I usually grab some trail mix and a couple bottles of water during the round.

In fact the cheeseburger is better for you than a sausage anything. . A good lean burger and hash browns is a solid breakfast and a coke with it is better than coffee with sugar and sausage omelette with bagel.
