This makes me feel like the PGA's comments are being taken more seriously than I thought. All I heard was "by spring" and last I checked it is spring so I wonder if they meant "well during spring, but before summer technically starts... probably".

I would doubt anything before that....I'll keep looking as I'm pretty sure that's what I heard...but I can't remember if I read it in one of these 15 magazines sitting here...some talk show or what...
