Heading down to the phoenix valley for spring break.  Any good courses that you would recommend?  Any price range as long as its a good course.  Also, throw in some cheaper courses too so I can "warm-up" the first few days

Southern dunes about 30 min south of Chandler. That would be my first choice. The Duke is close to that and would be a much better warm up course. Closer by you have the 2 casino courses and ahwatuke cc which is barely ok. Raven or Legacy also decent choices

Dobso ranch in mesa would be a good warm up track, good shape, tree lined, under $40 to walk. Longbow is solid, oneputts suggestions are legit too, southern dunes is my favorite track out here

I like Ocotillo and Whirlwind. Troon golf properties are a safe bet to be in good shape with excellent service.

If money is no object and you have transportation, We-Ko-Pa Saguaro is the best in town (IMO).

Definitely take a look at the Raven GC.  It's close to Chandler and one of my favorites in the area.

Been there many times. There's pricey golf and affordable golf in the area. Here's my list of the best affordable courses. Wigwam Gold Course, for the money on golfnow, it's tough to beat. Aguila and Vistal GC are real bargains and not a bad tracks. Aguila might be the best buy in the valley for layout and cost combined. I played there in the fall for $29 with carts.  If you can get under $75 Vista Verde is awesome for the money. Legend Trail is fun, McCormick Ranch is pretty good as well. Ocotillo is a fun complex of holes. Most of these places are gettable for under $100 . Longbow is fun to play and ASU Karsten is OK. A dye course that's home to the ASU Golf Teams. It's got some good holes and golfnow can put you out there for under $100 .
The more expensive places....well those are plentiful. Troon(both courses) very high end. Superstition Mountain has a couple greats you can get for around $100 if you're lucky. Prospector and Lost Gold tracks are fantastic. Worth playing. If you see a golfnow rate under $100 grab it and go. Gold Canyon has 2 courses..Din Mtn layout is good, sidewinder is forgettable. Las Sendas is a fun course and some deals are out there. Southern Dunes is a geat course(tough) and consistently one of the better layouts in the valley, and close to Chandler for a short golf trip. Also out in the Chandler area is The Whirlwind Resort. 2 courses there are both fun. Devil's Claw and CatTail. I give the nod to Devil's, but either are good golfing fun.
There are a few mid level places that are great courses depending on budget. Places like Talking Stick(36holes), if you can sneak $80 here, go play, both courses are fun. Foothills and Raven @SouthMtn are both mid tier cost but great courses and great conditions. If you can get either of these for under $80 go play.

I think aguila is absolutely the best deal in town. $34 to walk, cart fee replay rate, and a free executive course too

Great, thank you so much for the meaningful input!  Will definitely take it into account when I head down there in a couple weeks.

Just returned from a week renting a house in Chandler, played 4 rounds. Being from the northwest, it is nice to play courses in February where the ball doesn't plug, you actually get some roll, cart path only and you are not scraping mud off your shoes. That said, it is hard to be too critical of the courses in AZ. We played Ocotillo, Foothills, Southern Dunes & Raven. This was our 4th winter/spring trip to the PHX and SD & Raven are must plays, they will definitely be on the play list for future trips. Ocotillo is a nice course, but nothing overly special about it, very much a resort-type 27 holes, a lot of water and bird crap. Foothills isn't a bad option, but the fairways were pretty rough, greens were too bad. If you can get a hold of an OB Sports card, you can play some pretty decent courses, with good discounts and there is always golfnow.
