I totally understand his love for them. Beauty feel.

Never touching an insert or aluminum putter again.

Id love to know the loft of his putter. I would assume its pretty high with how he holds the putter even with that neck on the putters.

I would take anyone one of those in 34". He sure does go through a lot of putters. You expect this from guys "searching", not from on of the best putters in the world.

I would love to try a Bettinardi arm lock style... been looking forward to trying out the Odyssey's whenever they appear (if ever in Thailand...) but a no insert Bettinardi....

I believe his putter are 6-7 degrees of loft with a tri sole so when he presses forward it does not close the face. His worry with rife was the putter was looking closed when he pressed it up his arm.

At 34" you would have to forward press 45 degrees to get the face square.

Has Kuchar joined Brian Gay on the Bettinardi staff?

Is the Kuchar Signature line being released?  If so how many pieces and prices please?

Matt is a putter of the week guy. He just requested 2 putters from Rife and another from Yes. He starts the week with 3 to 4 putters in the bag then picks one for Thursday. He has NO putter contract. He is free to use any putter he wants

i am so glad to see that there are pros out there that like to try different clubs before settling down with the holy grail.

Off topic, what type of ecco shoes is he wearing. Definately not the Bioms- possibly world class???

Anyone notice his shoes?

If you look in his bag he only has 1 putter and it is a Bettinardi. You are correct that he does not have a contract but currently he is using a Bettinardi and has been all year

Every week make takes all putters with him. He has a Rife, a Yes, and Bettinardi. I know 100% fact he requested a couple putters be made from rife this week. During his first practice day he works with each of them. He is using the bettinardi for now but you never know when he will not like it any more.

Looks like he loves his Bettinardi I saw him make some crazy putts today and he's down to the final four in wgc pretty impressive. Why would he ever switch?

His putter has a blank sole, I just saw it in TV. It's not one if the putters pictured above in this thread. Anyone have better insight?

I saw that too.  Maybe it's the 3rd of the three putters?  Looks like there's one in his bag too

That is such a good looking putter. It is nice to see Bettinardi getting some primetime love.

Great to see Bettinardi getting some Tour love and attention, those things are unreal in terms of quality. It's a shame more guys don't use them. Those putters Kuch use have these neat little sight slots milled in the top of them too. Would love to see that in more putters.

Kuch was really rolling it well this week.  I think he found a winner!  I'd be surprised if some arm lock putters don't start coming to market soon.

Really appreciate the Betti putters. Not a big fan of these signature putters... Take the signature away and now we're talking!
