13* head + mid/mid shaft, hit down on the ball. 200 force carry is easy, 250+ total is doable with a good hit.

I would like to think that the shaft is only use to tune the trajectory, it's the head that affect the most.

Tried the Matrix Xcon 5 or 6 ? I just picked on up here on the BST (Xcon 5 firm flex, think it's 246cpm). High flat flight in my 913 D2, even better in the 910 D3.

Just put the Xcon 5 in my Xhot. Verrrrrrrry smooth shaft. Had a very good ball flight and quite possibly is knocking everything else to the BST forum.

Matrix Xcon-6 cut to play 43.5 in. in my Callaway RF 11.  It scrapes the clouds at times.

With the reduced overall length, I reagained most of the SW back by getting the Callaway screw port weight set, and replacing the 2 gms with a 10 gms.  I also did the grip trick of the scale by going with a White/Blue GP New Decade MC.  That is 46.5 gms compared to normal 50 gms, or Callaway stock NDMC at 54 gms.

Matrix has replaced that line with something else, but it was a good self custom job for me.

Messing with a gal friends Matrix White Tie 5X3 in a reg flex....worth a look. Tendency is left though...might need a stiff or a 6X3 instead

A higher launching shaft will have a softer tip.  A softer tip can be a good thing for someone who has an early release.  But, if you have a mid or late release, you should stay with a mid launch shaft and use more loft in the driver head.  The firmer tip in the mid-launch shaft will help with your consistency.

I am absolutely killing it with the Accra ac55 m4 in an optiforce head at 45". Hot melt brought the sw to d2.

I'm a flat swinger with similar swing speed.  Launch angle has always been a problem.  Was fitted for a Titleist 910 D2 10.5 degree with a Diamana Kai'i shaft earlier this year.  Adjusted the loft to 12 degrees and opened up the lie to the maximum (B4 setting) and haven't looked back.

I had quite a bit of success with the AD DI-6 SR flex.  Not sure why I ever sold it.  My SS is 95-98 mph, early to mid release.
