Could someone please tell me if the RBZ Stage 2 is an actual upgrade over the RBZ or is it best to get the discounted RBZ

once i receive the heads i will do a comparison on the launch monitor and get some numbers. when i hit it at the PGA show it seemed the sweet spot got bigger, low on the face didnt give me as bad of numbers as low on the face did last year.

the face will be bigger/deeper on the stage 2 then the rbz. and a more forward cg meaning you should see more penetrating ball flight.

but we shall see with some true testing. i dont know that youll see that much improvement over the rbz driver from last year as you would switching to a fully adjustable driver.

Hit the stage 2 on tuesday where I work and for me it is a whole lot better than the RBZ. It is so much easier to get up into the air and has a nice boring ball flight.

I am sticking with the RBZ. First of all, it just works better for my swing. I didn't even have to upgrade the shaft, only the weight. I use the stock Matrix Ozik Xcon 6 in mine instead of the 5. I can hit high hooks, baby fades and low if I want. That's all I need in a driver. I am not even going to hit the Stage 2. I saw the head in person and was not impressed. I hate the graphics. I don't need to tinker for maybe a few extra yards.

I was hitting the 70g stock Fuel shaft in the non-tour 3 wood Stage2 and the Callaway xhot (non-tour) 3 wood with stock project x shaft and really liked both of them.

The Stage2 was equal in distance to the xhot but the dispersion was much worse than the xhot.  I'll have to play around a bit more before buying a new 3wood.

I just hit the reg Stage 2 today and I am really impressed.  I was CRUSHING IT!  Awesome club!  I can't wait to try the Tour head.  I didn't get numbers nearly this good with the OG RBZ Tour head.   I was super skeptical because it's not that deep but it's deeper than the reg RBZ.  It's nice and pear shaped at address and super solid feeling.  The crown graphics aren't that big of a deal and I even found myself using it to align with the ball.  I really wasn't that eager to try it but I am glad (or pissed) that I did because it's that good (and now there are more drivers I want...).

I had been playing the RBZ for a year now. I really liked the club, but liked the idea of the Bigger face on the Stage 2.

Bought the RBZ Stage 2 today, played 18 and after a couple of holes getting used to my new driver, I was hitting some of my longest drives ever. I was placing my drives about 10-15 yds longer than my RBZ and was hitting the sweet spot more consistently.

Very happy with my purchase.

Just saw you meant the drivers. I have the RBZ Tour head and like it a lot. It isn't getting any bag time but that's because I've got my r11s/Kiyoshi purple and tour issue r9/RIP alpha fighting it.
