I now have 5 round in while wearing the Boa version.
Another pair will be purchased before the year is out. Provided they come out with a different color combo in the Boa's.

Does anyone know if they will offer the BOA option in other colors than white/charcoal this year?

Perhaps someone with connections to someone at FJ can help answer this question?

It looks to me like you're screwed if you're a lefty with this shoe.  What I mean is, the two shoes that make a pair do not appear to be identical...

I don't have a pair in front of me, but when I tried them on in Edwin Watts yesterday, it looked like the outside edge of the right shoe had more structure to help you load your weight. While the outside edge of the left shoe seemed to be more rolled, to help you get to your left side in the follow through. Anybody else notice this or am I crazy?!?

Btw, they're crazy comfy and I plan to get a pair real quick like. I've had the eccos and the trues, I like these way better!

I manage a golf shop and am on my feet all day, and the spikeless version is like butter.    I have both leather spikeless models (not crazy about the mesh), and I had to get the white / orange spiked ones as a U of Tennessee grad.      Highly recommended.

I haven't tried them on or seen them in person yet but I thought the same thing when I was looking through the PGA show pictures.

I bought a pair of these and have one round in them and they have been the best first round shoe I have ever worn.  No break-in period at all with this shoe.  Very lightweight and extremely comfortable.  I would certainly purchase again.

just thought I would chime in and say that I have played five rounds in mine and absolutely love them.  Very comfortable and stable and have me thinking that my Biom Hybrids will not see a lot of course time this year.

Got 4 rounds in mine. They are leather spikeless. They run 1/2 size big. But they are really comfy, but I have some concerns regarding durability ...

Same here ... 4 rounds in the BOA and they're awesome.  I have narrow heels and the BOA system conforms to my foot so much better than the laced version ... definitely worth the up charge.  Hoping a black or charcoal version hits the shelves at some point.

Is the mesh waterproof as well? Or only the leather? I haven't seen the mesh in person but like them in the pics, but want something waterproof. Can't tell if the mesh is over leather, or if it's more like sneaker material.

the mesh is waterproof--but i would stay away from them. i got a pair of the mesh Ms and wore them once. the course was VERY wet, and i stepped in one muddy area and the shoes got ridiculously stained. they mud went up the side, and some on the top. i scrubbed and scrubbed and the  tan dirt marks are still there.

but, they are VERY comfortable. not as comfy as my True Protos, but close.

another side note--the mesh ones make a weird noise when i walk. it sounds like the shoe is "rebounding" and popping back into place. maybe some break-in will help.

I am lefty and own a pair.  Noticed this when on the course for the first time.  I was a little disappointed.  But the lack of support from a minimalist shoe hurt my feet.  So I moved on the Icons.

I just picked up a pair with spikes yesterday.  I was amazed at how comfortable they are.  I wore them around the house for a bit and didn't realize I had them on for a while.  Going to get my first round on them tomorrow.  Hopefully they comfort keeps up through the round.

Called golfsmith and they will exchange mine no questions asked.  Gonna give another pair a go and see if its any better.  I lose a spike in my left heel every single round by the turn.

I just got mine today in 13 XW; turned out to be WAY too big.. My normal size is 12.5 4E so when a company doesn't make my size ('cough' anything other than new balance 'cough') I go up to 13.  So I ran over to GolfSmith and asked the guy for a 12 wide, still slightly too big (although not wide enough) he then gave me an 11.5 wide and then we had a winner.

Returned the 13's and ordered a pair of 11.5 XW.  Really excited as even the 11.5 wide's felt great.  Almost wide enough but just not enough.  I had a really hard time choosing black or white and ended up going with the white-spiked.  Plan on picking up a pair of black ones down the road prolly in spikeless.  Would really like to have the spikeless now since I take the train to the course and would prefer not to have to carry an extra pair of shoes with me; will prolly just wear sandals till i get to the course.

Where are you guy's getting the BOA from? All my local stores don't have any and can only find these online at DSG.

Definitely a great shoe.  I walked 18 with them this weekend and had no issues.

Got the spikeless last week when I left my shoes at home and wanted to go to the course straight from work (any excuse to spend money and hit the golf store at lunch, right?). Felt phenomenal in the store. Loved them warming up but found that the spot where that strap attaches to the sole was bothering my foot as I started to walk and play 9 holes. Didn't cause a blister, but annoying. I loosened, tightened the laces but neither helped. But next time I played I guess it had softened up or I had different socks, because they felt great.

Going to wear them in my first big tourney of the year Wednesday. Hoping there's enough traction in the dew. Might stick a pair of adidas ATVs in the trunk in case it's a really wet morning. Anyone play the spikeless on a dew-soaked morning?  How's the grip?

I've seen guys wearing them for early morning rounds but can't give you any firsthand review.

I ordered a pair on Saturday. Did anyone notice that Michael Breed was wearing a pair on The GolfFix last night? I think they look great.

I'm not a fan as they don't fit me right. Too high of an arch for my liking. The other assistant I work with says they feel like slippers. I didnt get that feeling, but to each their own.

I have about 10 rouns with the BOA all walking and they are amazingly comfortable.  I have worn ASICS, TW13, Puma, Nike lunar control over the last year for reference and these are more comfortable.

Golfsmith is the only retail store in my area that keeps them in stock. PGATSS only carries the Contour BOA.
