Camilo Villegas at Torrey Pines today can a little biscuit in his bag. Looks a little different than the typical R11 irons you see out in retail. Darker finish and new lines. Looks like either a version "b" head of the R11 or possibly a new early look at the next generation.

For some of the newbies... TMag is notorious for developing alternative versions of thier equipment to attempt to better the performance, look or feel a player is looking for. Here is a few historical versions...

Let the speculation begin.

I would think that Camilo would be playing the Rocketbladez Tours.  Very interesting.  I remember him playing some B versions of both the 2.0's and the Rocketballz irons and those looked fantastic.  I would love to see these R11 "b" versions at an address position and the soles.

Easyyy, is there anyone else who might possibly have these or is Camilo's set the only known set out?

I've personally held and swung without hitting a ball a set of RBZ "b" irons and they are amazing. I can't wait to try an sneak a peak of these on Wednesday

Yes he's on the Web Tour.  He did not make it through Q School.  Trying to get as many sponsors exemptions as possible.

Really like the R11s, but they just had a little too much offset for my taste, so I picked up the MCs instead.

Now, if they made the R11 with no offset, or offset similar to the MC or the MB, then they would be an amazing iron. I wish there were more versions of irons available, but, I guess I just need to go pro for that variety, eh?
