C grooves on the face as opposed to more traditional milling. Correct me on this if I'm wrong, but it stops the ball bouncing, and starts it rolling quicker? I play a yes! callie. Takes a bit to get used to (ive found I've had to hit the ball a bit firmer than my previous putters), but have had fairly good results, particularly on mid range putts.

I thought he was playing the Super LS in his driver because he instantly picked up 12 yards or so.  That's what I read in the Adams thread...
Taylormade R9 Supertri 10.5
Adams Super S hybrid 17
Adams A12 hybrid 21
Adams CMB 4 - PW
Callaway X Forged 50 54 58
Taylormade Spider Ghost 37"

I saw that to concerning the LS. Curious. Maybe it is a control issue or to new to take to a tournament.

Great putters, I still have a Tracy in my travel/away bag. It is know amongst my mates as the 'laser-guided smart-bomb'. Really makes your putts fizz into the hole 'like a rat up a drain-pipe'

Very uncompromising on mis-hits, however.....

You learn very quickly to middle your putts and hit it square with a yes!

It was a good youtube video, but who knows what happened after the fact.  Players don't like to change equipment as much as manufacturers want them to change equipment.  Manufacturers have to come out with new product every year to appease shareholders and boost sales, NOT because technology warrants a new design.  That statement hurts a lot of peoples' feelings, but it's the truth.  That's why driving distance has been the same for 10 years.

Awesome picts, Badds has always played the gear that worked for him rather than the newest stuff.

Unless he does something to change it, I will forever remember for him for the final round at Oakmont. Early in the tourney dude was sinking putts with his back to the hole. On Sunday he was duck hooking short irons.
