Is there any benefit to hitting foam balls with the tour striker. I got a net for the yard and I'd like to hit foam balls "just in case". Not sure if there is ant benefit to doing it with the tour striker.

If you have a net, hit real balls:) You'll know when you hit it pure and when you don't. Have fun.
