I just picked up my Mizuno MP64s on Thursday :-)

Mizuno Mp64 3-PW DG S300
Ping Answer 10.5 with Diamana ahina 70 Stiff
Ping i20 3 wood with Project X 6.0
Titleist 910 H 19 degree with Diamana Kai'li 80 Stiff
Titleist Vokey 52
Titleist Vokey 58
Titleist Scotty Cameron Newport 2 Select

Posted Image

I also have a 21 degree 910 which I may switch for my 3 iron

& as soon as the weather & the greens start to get better my number 1 putter will be back in the bag...

Posted Image

My refurbished by Scotty Cameron NewPort 2

Also when I bought my MP64s, at the fitting with Mizuno I was told if I place an order on the night (which I was going to do anyway) I could claim a free Mizuno club, the fitter suggested I choose the Mizuno MP650 Driver, so I did & I really like the look & the feel of it at the demo.

Posted Image

So do I sell the MP650 before I try it, or do I use it & decide if it's better than my Anser ? I have a feeling it could be a great driver & a bit of a hidden gem.

Nice looking bag but I'm biased with Mizuno.   I'm interested to hear about the driver I have an affinity for Adams drivers but I'm always looking for something new to try.

Pretty sure I am going to need to seek immediate medical attention because I don't think that this thing is going down for a while.  Sexy!

Best post I have read in quite some time. If it's been more than 4 hours, consult a physician.

Nice look bag OP. Those irons are dead sexy! I too am interested in hearing about the driver.

The 910 H are the first Hybrids I've been able to use & I really like them, I had problems with others I had tried & used pulling them, but these are fine & they have a very nice feel to them too, I really like them.

Similar to mine..  I gave that MP650 3w a whirl and it's so darn open I couldn't draw it - and my course plays right to left.  It last about 2 holes.

Yes it's a rep of the bike Bob Haro rode back in 1984, I used to be quite into old skool BMX, but have sold most of my collection now, we used to do shows around the world.

Here I am at one of our displays with Bob Haro in 09 in Cologne Germany.

I've just about sold that one & only have a few others left, they sell now for silly money :fie:

You know your vintage BMX!!!

I hade a Diamondback with those mags - in yellow.  I remember the neoprene donuts on the grips - ahh memories.

And I saved up and got hutch bear traps.  You'd take a jump and your foot would come off the pedal and your shin would look like you hit it with a cheese grater.  Good times!  cicra 1981-83.  I'm 44 now. I was 13-15 those years.

Hutch Bear traps are lovely pedals, but your shins would know if you slipped a pedal for sure :angry22: loads of people our age rode BMX back in the 80s, I think this is a big attraction of them, we can buy now what we wanted back then.

I started collecting about 10 years ago, it's big business now & stuff sells for silly money, so I sold most of my stuff.

I've had some great times & met pretty much everyone, met Matt Hoffman a few times who is a complete hero of mine & such a unassuming person & a complete gentleman :-)

Here he is singing my 2012 Condor

64s are real nice, put the MP650 in the bag mate :)

Love the MAG wheels on that old school BMX.

I tried the MP650 out tonight on the range, it was -1 degrees C, so pretty freezing :-( but I hit the MP650 quite well considering how cold it was out, I don't normally hit a driver on the range, I had a slight fade, but that was probably because I don't move quite so fast when it's this cold, but a lovely flight, feel & very good distance, I think I will be giving this a try on the course soon :-)

I do like them, but I've not used with them yet on the course, it's so cold here at the moment, I might go out tomorrow for 9 holes & try them.
