Im all for keeping the bcs title in the sec, but not Alabama. Their ego can't be fed anymore. ESPN already makes them out to be holy.

Tremendous amount of respect for Notre Dame... I don't think the game will be easy but I'm pulling for my Tide.

As a life long Michigan fan, it absolutely pains me to see ND in the national championship game...
Living in Chicago all my life, I've had to deal with what I believe is the largest ND fan base in the country- and it ain't easy. Many of the guys I worked with, best friends, a lot of neighbors... Its an epidemic I tells ya!
I'll be pulling hard for bama- even though Saban is a d bag of the highest order (sorry bama fans)
You think espn covers Alabama a ton? Try dealing with the ND coverage in these parts. Painful...
Edit-.this is not to say they don't belong. They most certainly do. And I'll be shocked- SHOCKED if this is a blowout...

when all said and done, i think these two coaches will be as good or better than the '74 version. saban already has two national championships at 'bama and one with LSU. kelly has turned multiple programs into winners and appears to be succeeding at the highest level.

I agree, but Oregon isn't playing tonight.
Can't say that I want either team to win tonight, so instead am just hoping for good theater of a tight game with so much on the line. Two teams that appear to be very equal with the exception of 'bama being better able to throw the ball deep. A couple big McCarron-to-Cooper plays will likely be what makes the difference.

That's my concern. They'll need a turnover or two and their special teams has to play out of their minds to give them good field position.

Generally National Championship games are horrible games to watch, I'm glad I bet on it, at least that will make it interesting to me.

Who'd you take? ND plus 9.5 looks like enough

I took ND, I think they'll cover. I also took the over on the 41 points. Alabama averages 38 per game on the road this year, Notre Dame giving up 9 per game on the road. With that said I just bet according to a guy that puts out public information and has a pretty amazing record. He's got it at 23-21 Bama. Hope he's right!

Pretty ridiculous, although Alabamas offensive line just looks like men among children.
