im looking for a new set of irons for this new year. ive played titleist irons the last 6 years and like them alot.. i got fitted for them from Jim Phenicie when he was the head pro at windrose.. last year i got fitted at the tayolormade performance lab at redstone with edwin Fuh... im looking to hit more irons outside only.. the only person/place i can think of it Matt swanson fitting center.. has anyone got fitted from him??? does he has a good selection of irons to hit??? or is there any other places i can go???  i live in northwest houston, spring/tomball area

I was going to recommend the Matt Swanson Center as I had a driver fitting there and they had every shaft / head combo in the world. As it turned out the driver I already had fit me the best and the guy even told me at the time he couldn't get me in anything better. Really honest and not just out to make a sale.

As far as irons I really didn't look at the selection but based on m y experience I would go back in a heart beat.

+1 for Matt Swanson Center... I got fitted there last year and have been extremely happy with the results.

Club Champion has the ability to take a trackman outside and do a club fitting.  They also have a storefront off i10 just before Gessner.
