I am looking for input on the JPX 825 pro gap wedge.

For my irons I play MP-52s.  The PW is 47*.   My current GW is a Vokey 50.08, and I am not happy with it, in part because I have too big a yardage gap from my PW.  I am thinking of trying the JPX 825 Pro GW, as it is 50*.  I mainly use the GW for full shots, so I think this would be a good match with my PW since the shape and sole grind of the JPX Pro 825 seems similar to the MP-52s.  My only concern is whether the distance of the 825 Pro GW will be similar to my PW, given that I've heard that the 825 Pros have quite a bit of distance.  I suppose I could bend the 825 Pro GW weaker if that was the case, but I'm wondering if anybody else has any experience (good or bad) with the 825 Pro GW.

I have the gap wedge with my set of 825 pro's. I have been pleased with the performance.  I have mine bent one degree strong.  I get a nice high ball flight with good distance.  I also use a MP-T12 54* degree wedge.  You might also want to look at this wedge.  Very nice feeling wedge good spin and distance.

I have a set of JPX825 Pro's but was unable to get the GW in Australia for some reason.

I decided to go with the MP R-12 wedge in 50* and 54* and I am quite happy with the feel of them.
