Hey, so I purchased an old SuperQuad for $20 at my local golf club store.  Not dents or anything on it, just scratched up.  I read in the forums that people take their driver club heads to the local auto body shop to get it painted or they would do it themselves.

I am looking to take it to the local body shop, but want to know how much did your body shop charge you to repaint a driver head for you?  I want to make sure that I'm not paying too much.

Here's a picture of the driver I picked up the other day....

find a motorcycle or custom paint shop near you.  They do a fantastic job.  Should not cost more than $50 for a solid color.

I saw a couple post then researched it on Google...Several companies offer a "wrap" for your driver that you can do yourself. Give a custom look unless you just want original.

Yeah, I'm looking to just do a solid black just like how it was before. I'll try to call around my local shops then and try to get that $50 price tag.  Thanks!

I wouldn't pay more than $25, and several shops around here will paint it for that.

I am in the Atlanta area as well and have had it done for $25 per head at a local body shop. Maybe we went to the same place. Turn around time was 2 days one time and 3 days the other time. They did an amazing job too. I guess I didn't realize they have to paint more intricate pieces than golf clubs.
