Watched the documentary, so cool. Someone else made the point earlier, Rors is such a good guy. He's the kind of person that everyone can root for, that's great for golf. He's so charismatic that he would be a natural for acting, would love to see him get a cameo in Boardwalk Empire, a show he said he likes to watch when he "coolz," lolz. Rors is hilarious.
Let's hope he makes a run at Jack's record and gets it.

Rors is an incredible golfer and his attitude is better.  He could be the one to give Jack's record a scare.
It would be great for another golfer to give Jack a shake but I dont see it happening with Rory. Sure he has won 2 majors from the last 8 which is the same as Tiger at that age, but if you look at his golf outside majors he pales in comparison to the young tiger. Tiger had a phenominal strike rate on the regular tour at that age and continued it his whole career. Tiger's "bad" years on tour (no major years) would be career best years for 90% of guys on tour. Rory just doesnt have that sort of consistent dominance. To win a major takes luck and you need to be in contention consistently. Jack had 19 seconds in majors and loads of top tens. Even the years tiger has gone majorless he has been lurking near the top of the leaderboard. Rory seems to me more like a Phil type, brilliant when he is on but not on all the time.

Pleasew stop quoting Tiger in the same breath as Jack.....
Yeah I know Jack played in a semi professional era when golf wasnt a real sport and he would be struggling to get within 10 strokes if he played in tigers era, but there isnt really anyone else who compares to tiger relative to the strength of field of the day.
